Donna joined Harry Blomquist III in 2005 and is currently serving as President of the Firm. She primarily supervises the attorneys in the preparation of title opinions, supervises the receivership proceedings, assists clients with resolving title issues, reviews and prepares curative documents, and manages the Firm. Donna also spends time managing the Midland Office.

Since 2004, Donna’s practice has focused on mineral title examination and the preparation of Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions, Leasehold Acquisition Opinions and Supplemental Opinions. She has conducted stand-up title examinations in the Barnett Shale, Eagle Ford Shale, Rio Grande Valley and throughout South Texas, and has rendered opinions for lands located in Andrews, Bee, Brooks, Culberson, Dawson, DeWitt, Dimmit, Duval, Fort Bend, Frio, Gonzales, Hidalgo, Jim Hogg, Johnson, Karnes, La Salle, Lavaca, Live Oak, Loving, Parker, Matagorda, Maverick, McMullen, Midland, Reeves, Starr, Webb, Wharton, Wise, Zapata, and Zavala counties. She has also represented Lessees in mineral and royalty receivership proceedings.

Prior to joining Harry, Donna worked with a San Antonio mineral title firm as a title attorney, where she examined and rendered title opinions for subdivided properties in Zapata County, Texas. After law school, Donna’s practice included real estate, probate, small business and mortgage services.

Adam joined Harry Blomquist III and Donna Collins in 2008 and is currently serving as Secretary of the Firm. He primarily examines title and renders Drilling Title Opinions, Division Order Title Opinions, Supplemental Opinions and Letter Updates, Leasehold Acquisition Opinions, Division of Interest Reports and Legal Memorandums. He assists clients with curing title issues and supervises the attorneys in the preparation of title opinions. He also assists in the management of the Midland Office.

Adam’s experience in mineral title examination began in 2001 and includes stand-up reviews in the courthouses of Bee, Bexar, Brooks, Calhoun, Dimmit, Duval, Erath, Fort Bend, Frio, Hidalgo, Jim Hogg, Jim Wells, Johnson, Karnes, Kenedy, La Salle, Lee, Lavaca, Live Oak, Matagorda, Maverick, McMullen, Nueces, Starr, Uvalde, Webb, Willacy, Zapata and Zavala Counties.

Prior to joining Harry and Donna, Adam worked with a San Antonio mineral title firm as a title attorney and examined and rendered title opinions for properties in South Texas. After law school, Adam worked as a field landman responsible for preparing mineral ownership reports, negotiating leases, generating runsheets, procuring curative materials, conducting leasehold acquisition due diligence and negotiating pipeline easements with county and local government officials. He is a native South Texan with years of bilingual experience, which allows him to assist in matters requiring communications in Spanish.

Will has been examining title and rendering opinions for the Firm since May of 2011. His primary responsibilities include title examination and the preparation of Original and Supplemental Drilling Title Opinions, Division Order Title Opinions, Leasehold Acquisition Opinions, and Curative and Title Updates. He regularly assists clients with curing title issues, and the preparation of curative instruments.

Will also represents Lessee’s in mineral and royalty receivership proceedings, and Lessors in quiet title actions.

After law school, Will worked for a medical malpractice and personal injury firm. In 2010, he focused his practice on mineral title and drafted title opinions covering the Barnett Shale and Eagle Ford Shale.
